Product Description

An incense stick machine is an automated device specifically designed for producing traditional incense sticks. It extrudes mixed incense powder into long, uniform sticks. Typically consisting of a stainless steel body, a material delivery system, precision molds, and a cutting mechanism, the machine feeds a blended mixture of incense powder and adhesive into an extrusion chamber. Under high pressure, the mixture is continuously extruded through a fine-pored mold into strands. These strands are then conveyed via a synchronous conveyor belt to the cutting station, where they are automatically cut to the desired length. Modern incense stick machines are motor-driven and equipped with a speed control to control the thickness and output speed of the sticks. Some high-end models also feature automatic temperature control to ensure the spice mixture maintains optimal plasticity.
