I. Main Working Principle
The basic operating principle of a brush cleaning machine can be summarized as follows:
Loading: The material to be cleaned is evenly fed into the cleaning tank via a conveyor belt, elevator, or manual operation.

Brush rollers are typically arranged in opposing or staggered positions. As they rotate, they rub against the material surface, effectively stripping and brushing away any debris.
Secondary Rinse: After brushing, the material enters a clean water rinse area, where a clean water spray removes any residual cleaning agent and impurities from the surface.
Discharge and Air Drying (Optional): The cleaned material is discharged from the cleaning tank. Many machines also feature a powerful airflow (fan or air knife) at the outlet to dry the surface moisture, preparing it for subsequent processing (such as packaging, quick freezing, and further processing).
