Its workflow typically involves placing the pre-treated filling on a conveyor belt, first applying a base coat through a bottom chocolate syrup pool, then completing the coating with a waterfall-style chocolate coating system, followed by vibration to remove excess syrup and smooth the surface, and finally conveying it to a cooling tunnel for solidification and setting.
