Core Working Principle
The typical workflow of an egg sprayer is as follows:
Egg preparation: Peel the eggs, beat them, and pass them through a filter to remove any ligaments and any shell fragments, resulting in a uniform liquid. Salt, milk, or other seasonings may also be added.
Pouring: The processed egg liquid is poured into the machine's hopper (storage bin).
Pumping and pressurizing: A pump within the machine (such as a peristaltic pump, gear pump, or air pump) steadily draws the egg liquid from the hopper and delivers it to the spray gun or nozzle.
Atomization: The egg liquid is pressurized at the nozzle and atomized into fine droplets through a precision nozzle (similar to a paint spray gun or shower head) to form a uniform spray.
Uniform coverage: The operator uses a handheld spray gun or conveyor belt to move food through the spray zone, ensuring that the egg liquid evenly coats the surface of the food (such as bread, pastries, meat, pizza crust, etc.).
Key points: Through the pumping system and precision nozzle, the egg liquid can be applied quantitatively, evenly and efficiently, replacing the traditional method of manual egg brushing.
