Product Description
The suspended corn harvester is a corn harvesting equipment used in conjunction with a tractor. It is connected to the rear of the tractor through a three-point suspension device and uses the tractor power output shaft to drive the working parts. This type of harvester is mainly divided into single-row, double-row and multi-row models, suitable for corn planting needs of different scales.
When the equipment is working, the straw divider first guides the corn stalks into the harvesting platform, and the ear picking device peels the ears from the stalks through the rotating ear picking rollers. Then the peeling mechanism removes the husks, and the cleaned ears are transported to the ear box or trailer. Some models are also equipped with a straw crushing device to chop the stalks and return them to the field.
Compared with self-propelled models, the suspended corn harvester has the characteristics of low price, simple maintenance and strong adaptability, and is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized farms. It retains the versatility of the tractor and can be disassembled for other operations in the non-harvest season, effectively improving the utilization rate of agricultural machinery.
