Features
1. The dough passes through a first pass on a large, adjustable roller to form the desired dough.
2. It then passes through a set of adjustable rollers (consisting of nine rolling wheels and one large roller) that use a progressive beating pattern to thin the dough, resulting in a more lustrous and consistent quality.
3. Finally, an adjustable shaping wheel forms the dough to the desired specifications. The desired feeding nozzle is installed (available in three sizes: large, medium, and small). The filling feeder is activated, and the dough is rolled into long strips by the rolling mechanism. The cutter and squeezer are activated, controlling the cutting speed and size to adjust the desired thickness, diameter, and weight. Finally, the squeezers are formed into the desired product.
