Product Description
The single-row and double-row egg white and yolk separator is a special equipment for efficiently processing poultry eggs. It adopts a parallel queue separation design and can complete the separation of multiple egg liquids simultaneously. Its core working principle is to use precise air pressure control or centrifugal force field to allow the egg white and egg yolk to naturally separate during the flow due to differences in viscosity. The machine is equipped with two independent collection systems, corresponding to the processing mode of single or double rows of eggs - the single-row mode is suitable for small-batch delicate operations, while the double-row mode realizes large-scale continuous production. When the poultry eggs enter the separation station via the conveyor belt, the shell breaking device will pierce the eggshell at a specific angle and use negative pressure adsorption or flexible extrusion to allow the egg liquid to flow into the separation chamber. In the separation chamber, the egg yolk maintains a clumping flow due to its large surface tension, while the egg white is spread out in liquid form and is completely separated by the layered guide plate.
