Structural composition

Spray cleaning uses high-pressure nozzles to spray clean water on the surface of eggs to remove surface impurities; immersion cleaning places eggs in a cleaning tank, and through the agitation of water flow and the chemical action of cleaning solution, further removes tiny impurities and residual eggshell fragments on eggs.
