Sterilization equipment is widely used in the food industry, specifically meat, eggs, seafood, fresh corn, edible fungi, wild vegetables, fruit and vegetable products, soy products, aquatic products, canned products, packaging bags, beverages, dairy products, and other packaged agricultural and sideline products. It also sterilizes canned foods (such as meat, poultry, fish, eggs, vegetables, and fruit), protein beverages requiring high-temperature sterilization (such as milk, soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, and peanut milk), and meat products (such as steamed and stewed meats, packaged chicken, duck, goose, rabbit, and ham) to achieve sterilization and disinfection, thereby ensuring product shelf life, extending freshness, and improving product quality.

The sterilization equipment consists of a pot, lid, opening mechanism, locking wedge, interlocking device, rails, sterilization basket, steam nozzle, and several nozzles. The lid seal utilizes an inflatable, heat-resistant silicone rubber seal ring, ensuring a reliable seal and long service life. It features a large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, and easily controlled sterilization temperature.

Sterilization equipment is a pressure vessel that uses saturated steam or high-temperature hot water to heat-treat canned food. In industrial production, food to be sterilized is placed in the retort. The continuous, uniform high temperature exposure for a certain period of time kills microorganisms in the food, destroys enzymes, and inactivates heat-resistant spores, achieving commercial sterility. This significantly extends the shelf life of the product, allowing it to be stored at room temperature for a certain period without spoiling.
