Here is an introduction for you:
Working principle: The rolling vacuum packaging machine drives a conveyor belt through a motor to transport packaging bags containing products to the vacuum chamber. After closing the vacuum chamber, the vacuum pump starts working, extracting air from the vacuum chamber and packaging bag to achieve the predetermined vacuum level inside the packaging bag. Subsequently, the sealing area of the packaging bag is heated using a heating device, and a certain pressure is applied using a pressure device to fuse and seal the sealing area of the packaging bag. After sealing, the vacuum chamber is connected to the atmosphere and restored to normal pressure. The conveyor belt sends the packaged products out of the vacuum chamber, completing the entire packaging process.
